Terms and Conditions of the Warranty Process

INVOTECH offers a guarantee of up to 12 months from the invoice date.

Register your Invotech Compressor

This limited warranty is applicable only to Invotech brand compressors marketed by Invotech Mexico and its authorized national distributors. Invotech Mexico guarantees the operation of its compressors, for a period of 12 months from the invoice date, against any manufacturing defect from the date of delivery of the compressor, under the following conditions:

  • The end customer must register the compressor on our website www.invotech-mx.com with all the information requested therein.
  • During the term of this guarantee, Invotech México undertakes to change the compressor for another equal or with similar characteristics, when the compressor presents a fault attributable to its manufacture, as well as the parts and components that will be required without any charge for the consumer.
  • Freight costs are borne by the customer.
  • It is very important that the client be aware that, due to the operational analysis of the compressor, there will be the possibility that the compressor will be cut to evaluate the internal components.
  • This warranty does not include the installation and maintenance of the equipment.
  • This warranty does not cover damage or repairs required as a result of compressor installation failure.
  • It is essential to fill out the compressor start-up sheet form within a period not exceeding 48 hours from the start of the compressor, without this the guarantee will not be valid.

The INVOTECH PRODUCTS in which the defects:

  • They are not from manufacturing defects or material used in its construction;
  • Inadequate installation of the compressor made by companies or considerable professionals such as those not authorized to install the products.
  • Are from the use, handling and/or improper operation by its users;
  • They are recurrent from transport accidents not contracted by INVOTECH OR ITS DISTRIBUTORS or due to inadequate accommodation of the products in transport vehicles.
  • Are resulting from the occurrence of a fortuitous event or a major reason.

Support our clients in case of doubts about applications of INVOTECH PRODUCTS and/or establish the standard for evaluation of the products marketed by Invotech, within their warranty period, in accordance with the following:

1. For equipment manufacturers (OEM): The guarantee will be valid for a period of 12 months, from the date of issuance of the fiscal note from Invotech to the manufacturer.

2. For Distributors: The guarantee will be valid for a period of 12 months, from the date of issuance of the sales tax note issued by the Distributor to its client.
The material is in conformity with the guarantee when it agrees with the requirements of the guarantee terms.
We describe below the procedures for reporting defects and submitting components for warranty and evaluation.  
 
3.1. OPERATION DIAGNOSIS: As a first step, before removing the compressor from the system, the customer must carry out the operation diagnosis, through our site. This should ensure that the main doubts are clarified before any new action. If, at the end of the diagnosis, there is still doubt or the desire to claim the Warranty, the customer should consider the next stage.   
 
3.2. INVOTECH PRODUCT PURCHASE FORM: After completing the Operation Diagnosis, through the Invotech website, the customer must complete the compressor or Invotech product purchase form and proceed to the next stage.   
 
3.3. On the Invotech website, complete the ICAT form (Invotech Statement for Technical Analysis). If, for any reason, it is not possible to access the Invotech site, the client must fill out the ICAT and send it to the email:

3.4. TECHNICAL ANALYSIS: We will have an ICAT analysis by Invotech in relation to the situation presented, which will result or not in granting the guarantee to the product.  
 
An operational analysis of the compressor may be required, at Invotech's discretion.  
 
In this case, Invotech will inform the client of the place where the compressor must be sent, being the pantries in front of the client's request.  
 
It is very important that the client be aware that, due to the operational analysis of the compressor, there will be the possibility that the compressor will be cut to evaluate the internal components.  
 
Teardown Example  
 
In that case, after analysis, the compressor will be destroyed and properly disposed of, in accordance with local regulations. Where the warranty is applicable, Invotech will supply a new Invotech compressor or product through one of the Regional Distributors or Invotech will provide a credit for the value of the same on the next purchase order. In the event that the client has sent a compressor for operational analysis and the guarantee is granted, the debit credit to the freight will be added to the value of the compressor.  
 
INVOTECH offers the guarantee for its products against manufacturing defects, in accordance with local legislation, respecting the conditions to be established:  
 
1) The warranty will be exclusive to Invotech compressors or their components and will be granted:  
 
a). To Equipment Manufacturers 
 
b). To the Distributors who acquire INVOTECH PRODUCTS to resell to their clients, being in the case they are denominated as end users. 
 
2) GUARANTEE PERIOD: The guarantee period will be granted for all INVOTECH PRODUCTS under the following conditions: 
 
I) Manufacturers: For equipment manufacturers (OEM), this warranty will be valid for a period of 12 (twelve) months, from the date of issuance of the Invotech sales tax note to the manufacturer.  
 
II) Distributors: For Distributors, this guarantee will be valid for a period of 12 months, from the date of issuance of the sales tax note issued by the distributor to its client.
The INVOTECH PRODUCTS in which the defects:

a) They are not due to manufacturing defects or material used in their preparation;

b) Inadequate installation of the product made by companies or considerable professionals as not qualified for the installation of the products.

c) Are from the use, handling and/or improper operation by its users;

d) They are recurring transport accidents not contracted by INVOTECH OR ITS DISTRIBUTORS or due to inadequate accommodation of the products in transport vehicles.

e) Are resulting from the occurrence of a fortuitous event or a major reason.
Once any of the warranty exclusion hypotheses has been verified, the responsibility for eventual defects and/or performance deficiencies presented by the product will be:

a) From the manufacturer, in the event of recurrent project defects and/or inadequate manufacturing of the equipment in which the product was installed.

b) Of the Distributor, the Installer and/or the End User, in the event of recurrent ventilation, cleaning and/or inadequate adjustments to the operation, as well as deficiencies in the performance/electricity consumption relationship. These are also responsible for recurring defects of inadequate accommodation of the product, of its movement in the transport contracted by them.

5.1 Excluded from the warranty are not only defects that are not due to material or manufacturing failure, as well as labor costs for installation or removal of the product and well as possible losses and damages, lost profits, loss of business or in any other way, even if they arise from faults or defects in the product, its parts, components and accessories.
All and any communication of matters for technical analysis must be made by the APPLICANT TO INVOTECH through the form "INVOTECH REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL ANALYSIS - ICAT" within a maximum period of 7 days from the verification of the alleged defect.
