Once the claim has been made, the client will obtain a Warranty Claim Analysis.
This is an analysis of the recorded conditions in which the compressor is working, so it is important not to remove the compressor from the system until the warranty claim has been filed.
This analysis is an indicative response so if you still want to proceed you can request a TEARDOWN.
TEARDOWN is an inspection analysis of the damage suffered by the compressor internally.
It is very important to take into account that, due to the operational analysis of the compressor, there will be the possibility that the compressor will be cut to evaluate the internal components.
In that case, after analysis, the compressor will be destroyed and properly disposed of, in accordance with local regulations.
